Scope
- A 20 ton crane had both trolleys replaced with improved Konecranes CXT 500 Series
- The new trolley system would not engage the end stops, the best course of action was to fabricate extensions at the trolley level
Design
- Avoids altering the existing crane structure
- The provided modification is reversible with the application of fasteners
- The installation of the extensions were done in partnership with Konecranes
